Our Mission

Our mission is to train and equip deacons for effective and efficient leadership under the oversight of the pastor to strengthen the church.

Dear Fellow Pastor: ​ 

While it is true that the whole church is obligated to make sure that deacons are trained for the deacon ministry, the primary responsibility for their training rest with you. No undertaking by you, as a pastor, is more imperative. No other pursuit will pay greater dividend to you, your deacons, and your church. ​​
